How To Access Our Client Portal For Managing Appointments

Step 1. Click on gray circle icon

To make a new or manage/view exiting appointments you can go to and click on gray circle icon in top right of screen.

Step 2. Enter email address in popup window

A popup window will appear and if you’re not logged in then you’ll need to enter your email address. You should have the option to send the login code to either your email address or mobile phone as a text.

Step 3. Enter login code 

Check your email inbox or mobile phone for login code. Enter login code to complete login process.

Step 4. View your appointments and account activity

This window should contain your upcoming appointments.

If you don’t log out, the next time you click on that gray circle icon, you should get to a pop up window with upcoming appointments and the option to schedule new appointments, make a payment and send private messages to Jules.
