How To Access Our Client Portal For Managing Appointments

Step 1. Click on gray circle icon

To make a new or manage/view exiting appointments you can go to and click on gray circle icon in top right of screen.

Step 2. Click “Login” from popup window

A popup window will appear and if you’re not logged in then you’ll need to click the login link and enter your email address.

Step 3. Click “ENTER” from email verification

Check your email inbox for email verification and click on green ENTER button. This will take you to your account and show you recent Updates in a popup window.

Step 4. View your appointments and account activity

This window should contain your upcoming appointments.

If you don’t log out, the next time you click on that gray circle icon, you should get to a pop up window with upcoming appointments and the option to schedule new appointments, make a payment and send private messages to Jules.
